Grammy Award-Winning Artist Omar Akram Drops First Single “Here I Am” In Advance of Highly Anticipated Album “Destiny,” co-produced by Walter Afanasieff.
Born in New York, Afghan-American Omar Akram grew up the son of a United Nations diplomat, living in France, Czech Republic, Switzerland, his ancestral home of Afghanistan. The artist’s piano-driven, instrumental music elegantly defies borders and has played a crucial role in defining modern New Age and World music. His songs have millions of plays on YouTube, and his first two albums, Opal Fire (2002) and Free As a Bird (2004), hit the Top 15 on Billboard’s New Age chart. In 2013, he became the first Afghan-American to win a Grammy Award with Echoes of Love. In 2013, he also released Daytime Dreamer, presenting an enchanting blend of World, New Age and electronica music that lures listeners with masterful musicianship and his well-traveled wisdom. His new album Destiny will be released on August 8, 2019.
After a brief hiatus, Grammy-winning artist Omar Akram is back, and today officially announced his much anticipated album “Destiny,” set to be released on August 9, 2019.

Nick Isham:
Nick Isham is a singer-songwriter, coming from Los Angeles, California. He is a football player- turned musician, influenced by a wide range of artists from Ed Sheeran and Justin Timberlake, to Bill Withers and Van Morrison, and even to country artists such as Sam Hunt and Chris Stapleton. Nick has developed his sound from this variety of influences, crafting his own, unique style of acoustic pop music. From his soulful voice, rhythmic ingenuity, his personal storytelling and melodic messages. he pulls people in from the very first note.
He picked up guitar when he went to Louisiana Tech University on a football scholarship as a quarterback and became the second youngest starting quarterback in NCAA D1A history. At the end of college, he decided to make the switch from pursuing an NFL career to being a singer/songwriter. song placed in ABC’s American Crime and two more placed in an indie film, executive produced by Spike Lee.
Played open mics every night, playing over 200 shows that year Released first single ‘Nothin Like You’ Is continuing to release singles, building a great fan base, while performing in the LA area at venues such as The Troubadour, Hotel Cafe, The Mint and The Viper Room.
