Join John Pallies and Kristin for an in-depth discussion on the business side of mental health organizations.
Mr. Pallies is responsible for accounting, budgeting, information systems and internal controls. His goals include devising planning and performance management systems, and providing expertise in financial reporting and control to assist management in the formulation and implementation of strategy.
To accomplish this he works with the rest of the management team to ensure that resources are efficiently and effectively acquired, maintained, and deployed in the best interests of all of JBRC’s stakeholders.
Mr. Pallies has more than 20 years’ experience as a senior financial manager in non-profit organizations serving low-income populations experiencing challenges with homelessness, mental health and addiction.
He has a Master of Science in Management from the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Rutgers University and is a Certified Management Accountant.
