What is Alchemy? It’s the magical process of transformation. It’s when we can transform our mind, we can transform our story, and we can transform how we show up to live our potential.

The gift of Alchemy can be summed up in a few ways:

1.You are precious, and your essence is beautiful. The only way to unlock it is to go through a process of refinement and love
2.You need to start in yourself to be the change in your world
3.Love is the key; it’s not the love you give others; it’s the love you give yourself first.

Why not explore with me as I share how I have healed and transformed so that you can do it also?

What I have learnt is the only way to re-write my story is to:

1.Remember I am worthy of love; I am good enough
2.My story is in the past, and I am today able to be safe to look at my shame and retell my story
3.Only when I look at my shame and understand my fear can I start to untangle the roots that keep my story locked in a cycle of repeat.
