Dr. Princess M. Cullum is a best-selling author and Organizational Effectiveness executive with more than 20 years of global experience in the healthcare, financial services, higher education, and technology industries. She is a sought-after executive coach and consultant in the areas of Career Transitions, Communication, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, Succession Planning, and Women's Leadership throughout the United States, Caribbean, and Europe.

Most recently, Dr. Cullum was the Senior Vice President of the FORVIS Leadership Institute, leading executive assessment and development, leadership coaching, leadership development, succession planning, and organization design.

Prior to her role at FORVIS, Dr. Cullum was Senior Faculty for the Center for Creative Leadership, Senior Vice President of Leadership Development and Learning for Bank of America – Global Financial Crimes, and Director of Leadership Development and Culture for Cancer Treatment Centers of America, where she launched a multi-year, multi-tier Leadership Academy and Culture/Engagement Department designed to increase bench-strength and create a pipeline of leaders at every level.

Dr. Cullum holds an Executive Women in Leadership Certificate from Cornell University, a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of North Texas at Denton, a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. As a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she has completed an ICF certification program and all required coaching hours.

Dr. Cullum lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband, Lemar, three children, and fur baby. Outside of coaching, she enjoys gardening, traveling, volunteering, and writing children's books.
