The situation escalated with media frenzy, but no explanation was ever found. Despite efforts from mediums and the police, the voice faded by December 3, 1934, after a final threat. The building was demolished, and the case was largely forgotten after the Spanish Civil War, though some still claim to have seen the ghostly figure linked to the mystery.
