It was an honor and privilege to interview Chief of Police Keith Lane from the New Braunfels, Texas police department. Keith Lane spent ten plus years as a City Manager and Chief of Police Haltom City. He also spent 22 years with the Keller Police Department while actively being promoted to sergeant, lieutenant, and lead detective for the City of Keller.
I enjoyed this exclusive interview while we discussed the challenges and responsibilities involved with our police departments and cities. Keith Lane is the type of Chief of Police that goes above and beyond for his officers and department. Whether his police department is involved or not involved in problems? He will always get involved to try and make a difference for the entire criminal justice system.
