De: Am hellen Herbstmorgen ging Anna längs der Straßen von Berlin.
En: On a bright autumn morning, Anna walked along the streets of Berlin.

De: Heute war ein ganz besonderer Tag.
En: Today was a very special day.

De: Sie wollte ein Bundesliga-Fußballspiel besuchen.
En: She wanted to attend a Bundesliga football game.

De: Doch der Weg zum Stadion war lang.
En: But the journey to the stadium was long.

De: Berlin ist ja eine große Stadt.
En: Berlin is indeed a big city.

De: Die Herbstblätter fielen von den Bäumen.
En: The autumn leaves fell from the trees.

De: Sie flatterten wie kleine gelb-braune Vögel herum.
En: They fluttered around like small yellow-brown birds.

De: Anna's Herz flatterte auch.
En: Anna's heart fluttered too.

De: Sie liebte Fußball sehr.
En: She loved football very much.

De: In ihrer Tasche hatte Anna ihr Ticket.
En: In her pocket, Anna had her ticket.

De: Es war glatt und glänzend.
En: It was smooth and shiny.

De: "Heute wird ein toller Tag", sagte Anna zu sich selbst.

De: Sie marschierte weiter die Straße entlang.

De: Sie nahm den Bus bis zum Stadion.

En: It was huge and gray.

De: "Wow", dachte Anna.
En: "Wow," thought Anna.

De: "Das ist sogar größer als ich dachte.
En: "It's even bigger than I thought."

En: Many people were there.

De: Sie alle waren begeistert von Fußball wie Anna.
En: They were all enthusiastic about football, just like Anna.
