They recently had their roles “dissolved”. They allege that the abrupt change in their employment status negatively impacted patient care and that the newly posted Indigenous wellness liaison roles at St Paul’s should not require bachelor’s degrees in social work. Providence Health, the organisation that operates St. Paul’s Hospital, disagrees.
