Lyrics:
You have a voice, but want wits
Said the Fox to the Crow over dropped cheese shenanigans
One Swallow doesn’t make a summer
The Spendthrift laments
Still bird corpse blaming…
In the Old Woman and the Doctor
Are you really cured of blindness if deception, you can’t see?
The Peacock is colorful
But the Crane soars through the cloud’s space
Learn from Mercury and the Woodman
Regarding golden and silver axes
That honesty’s the best policy
For the Donkey, be happy with your own lot of hay and oats
The Moon’s Mother said that there’s no fitting her daughter’s figure
From new to full, neither one
Nor the other in the whiles between
The Fox thought that those grapes looked deliciously ripe, but
Not being able to reach them
Soured the fruit’s taste for him mentally
You can argue about who owns an animal’s shadow
During the decision making, it’ll speed away without care
Brilliant wisdom imparted from The Farmer to His Sons
Taught them, to find rare treasure
Dig deeper
No gold coins found underground persay
But also no greater crop produced historically by the vineyard
The Monkey may call himself
The King of the beasts
Disgusted, the Fox proves its falsity
Such a trickster
You have to admire Aesop’s fables
Dabbling with allegory and diction
I have to admit
These fables illustrate and highlight skilled master short story spinsters
The Moon’s Mother said that there’s no fitting her daughter’s figure
From new to full, neither one
Nor the other in the whiles between
From the Tortoise and the Hare, we learn that deeds speak over words
That to win the race
Focus less on speed
More on racing steady
While The Earth’s Goods are noticed seldom
Its Ills appear to come and go as they please
Don’t count your chickens before they’ve hatched like the Milkmaid
In a moment, she spilt her imaginary milkpail dreams
If you’re a Wolf wearing Sheep’s clothing
The Shepherd may pick you for a knife on the spot
Never betray a friendship
Oftentimes, you’ll have ruined yourself
Yes, kindness gets repayed
Even a Mouse can help a Lion
Despite what’s presumed
Because of The Sheperd’s Boy’s lying
We teach kids not to lie or cry wolf
It’s true
To be effective
Don’t play a good card too often
Always look before you leap
Evil tendencies are early shown
And misfortune tests friendships’ sincerity
Be shy to accept favors
Bestowed at the expense of others
Some confuse fame with notoriety
When it comes to the innocent airs
Of those once known to be dangerous
Be careful
Please don’t be deceived
What is sport to some
Frogs claim means death for them
Greed wants more and loses all
Learned the killers of the golden-egg laying goose sadly
Braggers brag most
When they can’t be detected
The Crab Mother was bothered by her sideways walking Son
Until she realized she does the same thing
