The Shavasana or Shava Asana is practice of deep relaxation discovered by great masters of Eastern Wisdom. the practice engages the mind that is scattered outside so that it starts moving within. When the mind moves within, it drops its clinging from outer objects and people that helps in gathering the energy. When mind moves within, with energy, it reveals or manifests deep relaxation, inner calm and peace.
This practice is unedited, given to young kids as an introduction to relaxation.
This episode gives deeper understanding of the steps with practice. It helps and empowers the seeker to practice without the audio file.
Note: those who have done practice earlier with the mentor can do it.
Know that Eastern Wisdom declares four steps to succeed in any practice
-Listen and learn from a teacher the principles
-Contemplate for conviction and clarity and reflect for freedom from doubts.
