What is finding you?

Since second grade, I began speaking in front of audiences. At the time, I had no idea that standing in front of my school and church congregation of nearly 300 people would become the beginning of a lifelong journey.

Years later, while pursuing a music career, I told a friend that one day I would transition into a career as a keynote speaker. I didn't know exactly how it would happen, but something inside me kept pulling me in that direction.

Then came the event that changed everything.

After delivering a motivational talk to a room full of commodities brokers, doors began opening that I never expected. Those opportunities led me into broadcasting, radio, podcasting, compelling conversations with successful entrepreneurs, speaking on stages, and ultimately discovering what I had truly become.A storyteller.

In this episode of Crush It Successfully!, I share how the seemingly unrelated experiences throughout my life were actually preparing me for a calling I did not fully understand at the time. Looking back, the signs were there all along.

Sometimes we spend years chasing opportunities, only to discover that something greater has been quietly finding us.
