When we are going through a current trial or situation, we can get so troubled until our Past resurfaces itself back into our Now; it can be that stronghold that pulls us back to a place of vulnerability.



As we navigate this thing called Life, it is important to remember that our day-to-day living can be difficult enough without resurging past memories or feeling stuck in current abuse. We do not have to muddle everything together either from our past or currently.
