I look at my fear. I notice as he guides me. I look carefully, I do not turn away from my own fear. Think about it - what changes are you making thanks to it?
People act more effectively when they feel fear or anxiety. Paradoxically - when managing fear, effectiveness appears, but when it is released "unattended", destruction begins. Fear seems to be a good impetus for change when we need change, of course. Fear does not hug or stroke, but pushes.
Sometimes I thank my fear, I don't magnify it, I don't pay too much attention to it, I don't look to it for advice. It is an impulse. It is a strategic trigger.
Nothing more.
