Why is tension creating sickness and low energy?The circulatory, nervous, and lymph systems can not flow easily through density. They get stuck, sludged, and stagnant through tension and require more energy to pump through hardness. Tension presses on nerves to signal pain that they are getting smashed inside, indicating damage and toxicity.This is overtaxing and exhausting to the system. Stress, constant doing, and trauma create constriction, density, holding on, and blockages which reduce the body's healing mechanism's ability to function.This means the regenerative blood (oxygenated, hydrated, and full of nutrients) can’t reach all of the cells because it’s squeezing itself through hard tissue like water trying to flow through a rock. It means that the cleansing systems can’t properly do their job.The contracted tissue holds on to toxins and inflammation that are desperately trying to leave with our natural clean-out mechanisms.
