“Why not?”
“Come on. Seriously. You studied books, right?”
“Well, I read books, but I studied humanity and life and beauty and awe.”
Ironically, it’s difficult for me to communicate—in its wholeness—the profound impact and experience studying literature at Patrick Henry College had on me. Perhaps because it was more than simply an intellectual broadening of my mind as it shaped my view of story and understanding of life.
So why did I study Literature at Patrick Henry College?

As humans we operate within our—usually sub consciously constructed—worlds shaped by our personal histories, experiences, and beliefs.
