We end TV Movie Month by looking at a cyberpunk miniseries that shares its DNA with another well-known miniseries: Wild Palms. Starring Jim Belushi as Harry Wyckoff, a patent attorney tasked with finding a long-lost flame's missing son. The job eventually leads him into the high-stakes world of religion, mind control, and virtual reality. It's a wild ride that doesn't necessarily stick the landing but still manages to be entertaining. Scary Stories We Tell's Jess Byard joins Chris to talk about the miniseries, the Twin Peaks connection, and cyberpunk media.
