In part 2 of 3 of our sit down with Jon Doss, former producer for records like Stellar Kin's "We Need to Know" and Redfoot's "Winnowing Fork" LPs, we review the films The Witch and 10 Cloverfield Lane. We also maybe unintentionally review The Descent, Waiting, Friday the 13th (the reboot), Hateful Eight, and Killer Joe. Spoilers ahead, obviously.

We'll note that this podcast title is referring to something we overheard in a theater years ago. As for these two films, we were a bit mixed on The Witch but overwhelmingly unanimous that 10 Cloverfield Lane is a near perfect film!

We also talk a bit about why movies with heart can get away with over the top elements and why comedians make great dramatic actors. We also cough a lot.
