Life is a frequently misunderstood word. It can be seen as "activity', 'vitality' and 'get up and gp'. Although life is all of these things , it is more simply the opposite of death.
Most people associate life with good things. For some, it is because they see bad things of life as being 'negative'. This may be true if you can only see the bad things.
The ideal is to see life as it it. What we nee is a great deal of truth and honesty and teh ability to see yourself as others see you.
