13 AUG 2022 · Many people struggle to see a Psychiatrist to get an ADHD assessment, maybe it's too expensive, perhaps there are long waiting lists, or maybe there is no one in your area who can help.
Whatever the reason behind you not being able to access medical help, there are still things you can do to help yourself deal with the situation.

16 MAY 2022 · After a bit of an early morning freak out I asked my ADHD community what was going on in my head and they all came back with similar answers, over stimulation and overwhelm. Who knew? Obviously not me.
When I came up from the rabbit hole of reading into it I found out that as people with ADHD we are easily overwhelmed, but how do we identify it and even more important, how do we deal with it?
Here are my ideas of what we can do to help ourselves, I'm not a doctor, so if things are getting too much for you, please speak to your GP or therapist to get some extra help.
