10 MAY 2019 · In this episode, Rhayne and Troy delve into the uncomfortable subject of telling it like it is. Nature is incredibly blunt, but Troy is a nice guy and is having a hard time communicating when boundaries have been violated. When confronted with disrespect, he too often let’s it slide and allows it to build into a much larger issue.
Rhayne is incredible at being upfront and saying “no” without malice. She believes in MoNA and reminds Troy that toxic people and toxic situations mustn’t be allowed to destroy the serenity and sustainability at the MoNA Sanctuary. In reframing his mentality from fearing being the bad guy to being the protector of MoNA, he begins to feel confident in his ability to “nip the situation in the butt” for the sake of everyone who MoNA has helped and will help moving forward.
Troy leaves the conversation with a newfound sense of perspective and empowerment. He’s excited at the amount of time, energy, and inner turmoil he’ll spare himself and the entire MoNA Collective by facing uncomfortable situations head on, the moment they arise.
Temporary discomfort is a whole lot better than long term anguish!
9 MAY 2019 · In this introductory episode, Emma and Troy talk about MoNA's aspirations to be as approachable as possible. They discuss how approachability plays a major role in the journey towards natural alignment.
They also discuss techniques to achieve the level of openness, connectedness, and oneness required to achieve serenity and sustainability in the modern world. Both Emma and Troy have overcome extreme shyness as children and recognize that shyness was a major hurdle to achieving the contentment that comes with the MoNA Life.
Most importantly, the two emphasize that they are not perfect, they are in fact still human. Troy confesses his addiction to fast food and Emma jokes about the "sin bin" at the MoNA Sanctuary in Las Vegas.
The episode stresses that there is no judgement allowed here at MoNA. Judgement results in being closed off from nature and this disconnectedness from others, and from nature as a whole, is contrary to this core belief of the Ministry of Natural Alignment.
