6 MAY 2024 · We're back from another road trip. This week we were in Lincon Nebraska for the Lincoln Half Marathon. An excellent course on an excellent weekend! A good time was had by all. We will break down the race and also dive a little bit into the Month of May. May is mental health awareness month. Good Mental Health and running go hand in hand. Let's talk about it! -

29 APR 2024 · For the second year in a row, we had a great weekend in Topeka, KS at the Top City Half Marathon! In this episode we talk all about the race. We will also touch on some injury issues as well as an update on the London Marathon that you might find a little surprising! Congrats to all the Top City finishers. That race was no joke in 2024!
