Taking time daily to reflect on one or two of these questions can set you up for your best year yet in the 2022-2023 school year. I know we are all ready to dive right into summer break, but taking time to reflect BEFORE the year ends is so important to improving your practice and becoming the best version of yourself!

1.What are the biggest obstacles to improving my practice and how will I overcome them?

9. Are the relationships I have with my student’s parents conductive and improving learning?
10. What have I done lately to relieve stress and focus on my own mental health, to ensure I remain an effective teacher?
11. How did I positively or negatively impact the school culture?
12. How do I use feedback to improve student learning?
13. Why did I become a teacher?
