Ever since I could remember, I was overweight, even as a child. I tried all diets known to man, but none of them ever worked long term. In November of 2021 is when I decided on Weight Loss Surgery. August of 2022 is when I got the Laparoscopic Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy surgery and it has completely changed my life. Unfortunately, I had some complications along the way. One of the things I have found comforting during my journey is finding other people who have gotten weight loss surgery as well. In our new show “Bari Buddy Talks,” we share tips, tricks, experiences, recipes and anything else you could ever think of. Bari Buddy Talks is an ongoing series that will be released every Wednesday.
