This pandemic has affected all of us in many ways, but it's majorly affected the workout industry. For today's episode I interview one of LA's favorite spinning instructors Nichelle Hines of Cycle House to tell us how she's been adjusting to the home workout life--both professionally and personally. She also shares some money motivational words to get us all through working out from home along with some lessons she's learning from these times.

As a full-time, lawyer Sharona (like many others) has had to quickly shift her work routine from being in an office to working from home. I bring her on today's episode to discuss what it's like adjusting to this new reality + more. We talk about everything from what it's like having to teach yourself how to do your own typical go-to routines (i.e. for Sharona how to self blow-dry her very curly hair) to what her take is on quarantine dating and Zoom weddings to what she sees for everyone coming out of all of this.
