Breaking Free's focus is on women's struggles with domestic violence. 

From the perspective of two women who have experienced abusive partners. One broke free years ago, the other is currently breaking free of their abusive spouse. Breaking Free will be told from our perspectives, our research and experiences. Every other week we will explore different topics, to give some understanding as to why it happens, why we stay, the resources that are helpful and the importance of support. 

Breaking free hopes to help those who have left abusive spouses, and inspire those who are thinking of leaving.
