A Birthday is a Freedom to breathe after the mother’s womb, as some people in the world don't get to celebrate their birthday.
According to Ipsos Reid, they said that "Nine in Ten (89%) Americans say it’s Important to Celebrate Birthdays, Feel Special when Others Put Lots of Energy into Celebrating their Birthday (85%) Six in Ten (62%) Americans Make a Wish when they Blow Out their Birthday Candles. This compares to fewer (21%). Americans who believe that celebrating birthdays is ‘less important' than it used to be. Among those who say it’s more important to them, two in three (65%) say it’s because as they grow older, those close to them are even more important to them and worth celebrating."
The point is that there are some people who don't get to celebrate their birthday due to physical, mental, spiritual, social, or economic reasons. Sadly, some kids struggle to connect with their peers, and the effect can be devastating. One parent took to Reddit last week to vent about how their son's uphill battle with making friends has led him to reject his birthday celebration altogether.
I believe every kid should feel like a superhero on their birthday and have the privilege to say, "when I was a child I did not only have a superhero because I was one!"
The greatest inheritance and act of love anyone can leave for some isn't merely just money or what money can buy but it's this... to lay down your life for people, and that doesn't have to be death but sacrificially giving up what you want to do and doing it for someone else, using what you have and doing what you can to make someone feel special.
With that in mind, I love writing and what it does for people because stories give hope, hope gives possibilities, and possibilities empower freedom. The Art of giving is to be in service as a Writer, through my craft I have the ability to inspire change in people; its a tool to change people's out-look and to give them something to better themselves with as I also get to Connect with People, Walk in their Shoe, and Flip-the-Script to change the scene for a day in hope that it might change the outcome that might be experiencing with a story.
Cameo Me
'As a child, I didn't need a superhero. I was one!'
BE YOUR OWN SUPERHERO BECAUSE ALL OF THE OTHERS THAT EVERYONE IS TRYING TO BE IS ALREADY BEEN TAKEN BY MARVEL & DC Comics!
Here’s a quick rule of thumb, Don't take for granted science fiction writers. These are people who can destroy or save entire planets before lunch. Think of what they'll do to you to make you have the best day possible.
One author. One book. One kid. Can change the world.

Good evening/afternoon ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to a CAMEOme Birthday Surprise production of 'Painting Shadows.' This short story was once a short motion picture nominated for best student film that stars Kyle Dickinson, Briana Montgomery, and Andrew Jones. This audio-drama is about four hoity-toity, wealthy college students go on a Fall-break camping trip; they happen upon a strange boy walking along the side of the road alone at night. But as soon as the students offer the boy a ride back home, strange things begin to happen. In which I would like to dedicate and pay tribute the show Kyle Dickinson, Briana Montgomery, and Andrew Jones. At this time we ask that you silence your cellphones and pagers as a courtesy to yourself, the people around you, and your fellow audience members who are watching this with you. Characters:
Devin Picher as Kyle Dickinson (Actor/Model)
Octavia Laroque as Briana Kristen Montgomery (Model/Singer/Rapper/Songwriter)
Eli Rousseau as Andrew Jones (Co-Founder: unique properties ok)
The thing that touched my heart about Kyle Dickinson, Briana Montgomery, and Andrew Jones was they all seemed like they related to the story and were misfits in their own way. If you would like to learn more about this brilliant bunch, you can check him out at...
