PODCAST will cover ‘changes to the PMP exam content outline
23 JAN 2020 · PMI has announced changes to PMP exam change that will come into effect from the 1st of July 2020. If you are planning to take the PMP exam post-change, it would be good to learn more about it. PMI has mentioned that 50% of the PMP exam will reflect predictive project management while the other 50% will reflect the agile and hybrid project management approach. PMI had also made a change to the major domains. While the earlier exam was based on project lifecycle oriented domains like initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Control, and Closing, the new PMP exam will have three major domains: People, Process and Business Environment. This podcast will detail the PMP exam change and will tell you what should you expect post-change.
