Today, we're going to challenge that perspective. Pastor Austin takes us on a journey, illustrating how Christ is not just a piece of the puzzle, but the cornerstone upon which everything else must be built.
Using the metaphor of building blocks, he examines what it means to have Christ at the center of our lives. As we navigate through the struggles and questions of faith, we hear the story of Peter boldly declaring that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. It's an invitation for all of us to embrace a deeper, relationship-focused faith — one that doesn’t settle for a mere acknowledgment of Jesus, but recognizes His role as the essential foundation of our lives.

We'll look closely at the implications of this truth and discover how to build a life that glorifies God, anchored in the reality of Christ alone.
29 APR 2025 · In this week's sermon, Pastor Austin launch's a series that digs into the fundamental building blocks of our faith—those essential truths we can all agree on, regardless of our denominations or backgrounds.
Have you ever found yourself mesmerized by the grandeur of a breathtaking landscape, or captivated by the excitement of a sporting event? We’re drawn to glory in so many forms, yet often, we overlook the ultimate source of all glory: God Himself. In a world filled with distractions, it can be easy to fixate on the shiny things of life and gloss over the magnificent glory of our Creator.
This week, we’ll journey through the concept of God’s glory, as revealed in Romans 11:36, where Paul writes, “For everything comes from him and exists by his power and is intended for his glory. All glory to him forever. Amen.” We’ll unpack how this incredible truth transforms our understanding of our purpose and our role in His story.
We'll explore what it truly means to glorify God in every aspect of our lives—our time, our talents, and even the simple moments, like sharing a meal. 23 APR 2025 · In this week's sermon Pastor Michael explores the incredible events surrounding Easter Sunday, where the undeniable truth echoes through the ages: "He is not here; He has risen." But let’s be honest for a moment—this claim can sound unbelievable. Imagine the disbelief of the disciples when they first heard the news. How could someone rise from the dead? Yet, it’s exactly this claim that shifts the very foundation of our faith and brings hope to all believers.
As we journey through Luke 24, we uncover the doubts and questions faced by Jesus' closest followers. The same individuals who walked with Him, heard His teachings, and witnessed His miracles grappled with uncertainty in the face of an unbelievable event. For many of us, whether we're questioning believers or lifelong followers, doubts can creep in, making the resurrection feel distant or even irrelevant.
But here’s the good news: Jesus didn’t shy away from our questions. Instead, He welcomed them, providing guidance and understanding. In this sermon, we'll reflect on the powerful conversations He had with His disciples post-resurrection, where He opened their minds to the Scriptures, revealing how His life, death, and resurrection were all part of God's incredible plan.
So whether you're wrestling with doubt or filled with hope, we invite you to tune in. Allow the truth of the resurrection to resonate in your heart, and let it transform the way you view your faith and your life. Together, we’ll discover that this isn’t merely a story from the past, but a transformative reality that empowers us today.
14 APR 2025 · In this week's sermon titled “The Betrayal of Christ,” Rick reflects on that fateful night in Luke 22, a moment where trust is broken and hearts are laid bare. We take a closer look not only at Judas' infamous kiss that led to Jesus' arrest but also at the quieter betrayals that occurred among Jesus' closest friends. Peter’s denials, the disciples' disputes over greatness, and their failure to stay awake in Jesus' hour of need all showcase humanity’s propensity to turn away from what matters in moments of fear and desperation.
But as we listen, we’ll discover that the narrative doesn't end there. In the face of betrayal, we also witness the astounding grace and unwavering love of Jesus. He doesn’t retaliate or withdraw; instead, He offers healing to those who betray Him, showing us that love has the power to transform even the deepest wounds and scars.
Join us as we unpack these themes and invite you to reflect on our own tendencies to turn away from Jesus and others. How can we respond differently in the face of betrayal? How can we embody Christ’s love in a world that often mirrors despair?

7 APR 2025 · In this sermon, we will reflect on the last days of Jesus before His crucifixion. As Jesus navigated the trials imposed by both religious leaders and political authorities, He exhibited a stunning display of humility. While the world around Him pressed for power and recognition, Jesus chose submission and obedience to God, even in the face of unimaginable suffering.
Just as the Israelites grumbled in their freedom, we too often find ourselves wanting to take control, seeking comfort in fleeting worldly promises. But what if, like Jesus, we were to humble ourselves before God’s will? What would our lives look like if we let go of our plans and aspirations, surrendering them to something far greater?
Join us as we unpack the striking parallels between Jesus’ temptations and the trials He faced, revealing how His humility ultimately led to our salvation. So, whether you’re in a season of struggle or comfort, prepare to be challenged and encouraged. Let’s discover together how true humility can empower us to rise above temptation and embrace the path God has laid out for us.
