Crysta Abelseth was ordered to relinquish custody of her teenage daughter and pay child support to her accused rapist. Crysta Abelseth pressed criminal charges against the man but the Sheriff's Department never acted.

Johnathan, at the tender age of 18, was unfortunately discovered lifeless within the confines of his own residence, the victim of a ruthless armed robbery gone awry. Deputies found 18-year-old Johnathan Bothwell shot to death in his home. Another individual located in the home where the intruder then did the imaginable before fleeing.

18 OCT 2024 · The investigation into Sullivan began in July 2022 after a teenage girl reported to the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office that Sullivan had sexually assaulted her several times when she was 14 years old. The teen additionally claimed that Sullivan had sexually groomed her and used threats of violence against her and her family to prevent the assaults from being reported. The assaults resulted in a pregnancy, and subsequent DNA tests proved that Sullivan was the father of the child.

27 AUG 2024 · Bre Morgan was attacked by a sexual predator at a laundromat in Lacombe, Louisiana. After returning to move over her clothes, she was approached by a convicted sex offender. Morgan says he pretended to help her at the change machine before uttering bone-chilling words and attacking her. She was just doing laundry for her and her children when she was attacked by the man, who was wielding a knife.Bre was stabbed by her attacker during the struggle, so she was immediately rushed to the hospital once help arrived.

16 AUG 2024 · Ms. Anita Hedgepeth lived in Algiers Point in 2012 and encountered a young man while walking to her car on January 25. She was approached by a man with a gun demanding her car, but she resisted. The situation escalated when the assailant grabbed her purse, resulting in a struggle. The victim intervened by jumping on the car's hood and was tragically shot. Amidst the chaos, the victim urged Ms. Hedgepeth to run before collapsing in her yard, leaving his children distraught. The assailant fled on foot, leaving a harrowing scene behind.
