There are many reasons why people do not feel comfortable enough to stand and say something meaningful in front of a crowd of people. One of the many reasons is the fear of judgement. People feel in secure under intense critisism from other people. So how can we remedy this problems? Listen to subsequent programs where we will disect this problem and profer solutions.

After several years of teaching high flying executives on how to express themselves in public, I discovered that those that fail to communicate effectively are hindered by fear of failure. How can one manage fear? One of the best ways to manzge it is by doing or acting inspite of the fact that you are afraid. When you do so the fear will disappear. Action is the key.
