Leadership is an excellent tool for the advancement and prosperity of an individual, family, group, team, community, organization, and nation at large. Wrong leadership will undoubtedly produce the wrong people, societies, and nations. When a low-mind-set leader leads a team of upgraded or higher-mind-set people, the results are always poor. When a higher-minded leader leads a group of lower-minded people, the outcome is undoubtedly better.
Leadership is never corrupt; it is the people who hold positions or portfolios that are corrupt. A corrupt mind will undoubtedly produce a corrupt output.

A true leader does not have subjects as followers; rather they are partners that need the growth of each other. True growth of a leader is not by how powerful he/she is over his/her followers; but how powerful and sound he/she have made the followers to become.
A true leader does not mentor the followers to become himself or herself; a true leader mentor them to become who they are designed to be.

1. The worth of a serving leader is directly proportional to the worth of the followers
2. A serving leader understands the power of the back stage.
3. A serving leader is not afraid of the growth of his/her follower.
4. A serving leader is mindful of the next generation.
5. Serving leader is mindful of fulfilling purpose not filling up positions.
