Each episode I will bring together all my research from the experts, taking out the noise, distractions and fluff and give you my raw advice. You will then have what you need to take your own unique next step.

Or you start to work on it, but then realise that it takes much more (boring) work than you expected?
Do you have an idea of a business but you're keeping everything for yourself as you don't want that your great idea get stolen?
I hear you! I have been the same and if I don't pay attention, I ended up in one of these loops within seconds!
Weakness and strenghts, why they both matter?
31 MAR 2022 · Are you tormenting yourself over your own weaknesses? Do you keep telling yourself off over and over again? I hear you! I have been there.
Wait... I hear you asking why you should not dwell on your weaknesses? I mean, I don't believe we should ignore them all together but it is enough to be aware of which they are.
No need to write down your weakness, just listen what everyone around is saying when they complain about some of your behaviours.
Some weaknesses need some work, some can safely be ignored so you can focus on your strengths.
Focus on what you are good at. Do you enjoy numbers? Teaching a skill or a language? Spending time with animals? Saving lives? Cooking?
And why do you focus more on critics rather than compliments? Why being criticised is so painful?
Why is being fearful actually a good thing?
