    Nero Wolfe was a crime detective radio series, broadcast from 1943 to 1951, on different networks. American mystery writer Rex Stout created fictional detective Nero Wolfe in 1934. Due to his size, Nero Wolfe tried to solve crime from home without visiting crime scenes. Wolfe relied on his assistant, Archie Goodwin, interviewing witnesses and gathering clues for interpretation by Nero Wolfe at home. The detective, was portrayed by three actors; J.B. Williams, Santos Ortega, and Luis Van Rooten.
