COMING OBSTACLES HOLDING YOU BACK
We all have things, or issues in our personality that can create blocks and obstacles.
We come to this earth to learn lessons. Some of the things we are learning are traits that we have carried with us inform other lifetimes.
This brings up the issue of Karma. Karma can bring up things we need to learn to overcome. Lessons come up so you can get part them and move on.
There are also things such as Astrology and life circumstances that will give us an opportunity to learn the lessons we need to reach a higher state of Consciousness.
This is where the awareness of Metaphysics comes in very handy.
Through the practice of Meditation and observation we can use our soul, or higher self to connect with God and actually transform some these energy patterns
There is a place you can dwell in that is called the Objective Observer.
The Objective Observer is alive in your higher self. If you are navigating through some challenging times, and seem blocked, you may want to use the power of Connecting with God to see what is really going on.
It may take some really soul searching to find out why you keep having these obstacles occur in your life.

of Spirit living inside of me

The alignment of body, mind and soul provides this clear channel for the Light to be received and used. The Aramaic translation of The Lord’s Prayer is a tool to create this alignment. In addition, the sound of “ah” as in the word “God” can be used as a focusing point while you are breathing in the holy Light of God.
Take a few moments to align the body, mind and soul. This alignment allows a clear channel of energy to flow through you and it will aid in the sending and receiving of energy from the soul. You can also become aware of where your focus of energy is. You may be focusing your energy on one part of your body, or you may be holding all of your energy in your mind.
The clearer our focus is on God, the more we are able to access this holy Light and bring it into our breath. Use your breath to clear your mind and to give you a point of inspiration as you release with each exhalation. As you clear the mind and call in the Light, you allow the breath to carry that Light through you.
The power of the intent behind your calling in the Light is extremely important as it focuses the energy. With strong intent, a clear mind and right focus, you can call in the Light to use for your Light work. The more you practice this, the more you will see the powerful effects and the more Light will be available for you to use as a Light worker.

think a positive thought to drown out a negative thought, minimize obstacles,
repeat “If God be for us, who can be against us?” ten times eve
repeat “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me” ten times every day,
develop a strong self-respect,
affirm that you are in God’s hands, and believe that you receive power from God.
Realize the importance of creating a peaceful mind, which can be done through inspirational reading, clearing one’s mind, or visualization.
to obtain consistent energy, say that “God is the source of all energy”
The mind controls how the body feels; thus, letting go of negative energy and emotions will give infinite energy through God.
Realize healing power of prayer, and how it will heal physical and emotional problems that arise from negative circumstances.
happiness is created by choice and that worrying only inhibits it and should be stopped.
always believe in success and not to believe in defeat because most obstacles are “mental in character”.
Habitual worrying is the next obstacle to overcome through emptying the mind and positive affirmations.
ask God for for help can solve one’s personal problems and physically and emotionally heal them.
let go of anger and embrace a sense of calm
letting positive thoughts in can change one’s outlook on life drastically and that practicing relaxation through God’s help will lead to a content life.
WHAT TO DO
Meditate every day
Always surround your self and aura with protective white light
Do daily affirmations and meditation
Listen to positive light filled joyful music
Listen to positive music while driving or audio book
Seek peace and always find some point to agree on
Exercise, walk do yoga
Believe in yourself and trust in God
DO gratitude lists and count your blessings
Fill your life with light.
