We're back and Episode 26 is a banger! Over the holiday I was fortunate to sit down Skip Chapman from JSA Gym in Manasquan, New Jersey. Skip is an OG Crossfitter and affilate owner, starting in 2005 as the 180th CrossFit in the world and over a decade later is now the 107th. Skip and I sat down to discuss the evolution of Crossfit and how that has impacted how JSA operates as a gym and a community. Over the years we've seen lots of changes with the CrossFit model but over a decade later it all comes back to the community and being healthy so that you can be better at your sport or hobby, enjoy life and prolong the inevitable as long as possible. This is one of my favorite conversations to date and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. If your in the area and are looking to make some changes for your health I suggest you stop in to JSA, the time is now and the hardest part is getting out the door. Skip, his team of coaches, the JSA community with hold you accountable and will help you reach your goals for 2019 and beyond.
