Through her social media presence, personal blog, and 1:1 coaching, she guides others to courageously seek a life they desire. After feeling stuck and overwhelmed in her director-level job she realized she wasn’t living the life she wanted so she took a risk and quit her job in the middle of the global pandemic.
She launched her first book, Choosing Fulfillment Is Scary AF: Get Unstuck and Change The Life You Have into the Life You Want, where she shares her story and encouragers her readers to not just follow their dreams but to whole heartedly choose them.
12 JAN 2022 · When Joey Hauss left the Marine Corps as a Sergeant, he still had more self-discovering to do, that is when he found Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He is now a Black Belt under Jean Jacques Machado. He accidentally discovered the Wim Hof method while trying to optimize his body for competition and day-to-day life. He found that the breathwork techniques and cold water immersion had a way of focusing his mind and calming his nerves. Essentially it changed his life.

1 DEC 2021 · Catriona Le May Doan was the fastest woman on ice. After carrying the Canadian flag into the 2002 Olympic Winter Games opening ceremonies Catriona defended her Olympic title with a Gold medal performance in the 500-metre event, becoming the first Canadian individual, and the only female Canadian individual, to defend a gold medal at any Olympic games. During her career, Catriona broke 13 World Records. She was inducted into Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame and earned a Gemini Award for the Best Sports Analyst.
