It is trauma that has shaped our family through generations of learning how to cope with things that cause pain. Your parwnts were give tools to live life based on the generations before them. Explore with me as we give the humanity to those generations that were in pain and didn't have healthy tools to heal themselves, and so they passed those life skills, coping mechenisms and often their abuse story directly to us.
