2 AUG 2025 · Pam Smilow lives and works in Manhattan, New York and on the midcoast of Maine she is a successful, self-supporting artist of considerable national and international stature. Over decades she has built a prosperous business and her network of clients is international and nationwide. Her mixed media paintings are transformative dream landscapes, abstract, visionary, full of recognizable symbols, and powerfully expressive. She works intuitively, mixing mediums and textures, often using collage elements in her work. Her art is accessible and guaranteed to inspire and brighten any interior setting. “Her mission is to “seek to add a bit of beauty and joy into the world.” Brought up in the only fully realized Frank Lloyd Wright community outside New York City, daughter of a prominent mid-century modern furniture designer, Smilow knows that environment has a big effect on one’s psyche.” She sees the room as an extension of her palette and likes to work with architects and interior designers to find the right piece of art to fit a specific space.
“I am an intuitive painter. I often begin without consciously thinking and one stroke builds onto another, suggestive of a direction which I follow. My vocabulary consists of imagery a lot of which has stuck with me since my childhood: houses, birds, ladders, flowers, moons. Nature is probably my biggest inspiration. I work in layers, often staying within the same family of color, and draw a lot on memory and emotion.
In response to these turbulent times, Pam has started a new arm of her business entitled Jump Start Your Creativity. "We cannot let them take our joy away" and to counter, she wants to act as a mentor, encouraging and helping people who have always wanted to start an art practice but are not sure where to begin.

25 APR 2025 · Gayle Zientek, has been married to Steve Zientek for 47 years has 3 adult married kids and 12 grandchildren ages 22 to 7. Gayle joined SendOutCards in 2007 and within 3 years their real estate business went from 35% to 100% referral business sending cards and gifts. She made the decision to join as a consultant and over 19 years have built a large organization with monthly residual income.
She retired from real estate in 2022. SendOutCards rebranded as Promptings in 2023 and created the Gratitude Movement. Every day is a day to work on personal development, send out kindness and appreciation.

Maya Alyassini: From my Lego sets as a kid, to asking for an Architectural Digest subscription as a teenager (rather than Seventeen Magazine), to my exposure to construction projects via my contractor uncle, and love of all things design, I've organically grown into this industry. I have 25+ years' professional experience including design, renovation, material sourcing, and project management for Ultra High Net Worth clients' homes across the U.S., consulting on boutique hotel, hospitality, and restaurant projects worldwide, managing ground up design/build projects, and spending significant time on the commercial side of Tenant Improvements and bespoke space selection and delivery. Through my extensive experience working on diverse projects, I have developed a "secret sauce" where I am able to seamlessly incorporate design styles and deploy effective and unique solutions that bring my clients' visions to life and deliver great value and experience.

11 APR 2025 · Greg Woehrle brings over 30 years of experience as a licensed real estate broker, developer, and builder in the Bay Area. His real estate career launched with the acquisition of the historic Kaiser Estate in Piedmont/Montclair, which led to founding Select Real Estate in the early 1990s—his first brokerage specializing in luxury home sales. Since then, Greg has remained deeply involved in the development, design, and sale of high-end custom homes across Lafayette, Orinda, Alamo, Walnut Creek, and Piedmont.
Beyond real estate, Greg has dedicated decades to community service—volunteering through his church, coaching youth sports, and mentoring future leaders in both business and life.
