What do you want to feel in your home?
What colors/ decorations represent this?
Where do you feel most relaxed at home? What room or corner? What's different there? Is it cleaned or cluttered?
Are you a collector? Hoarder of sorts? If not, ignore. If so, what can you let go of?
Who are you letting in? Friends? Collogues? Neighbors?
Do you want that person or people in your life at the same capacity as they are now?
What information are you consuming? Online? Music? Conversation?
What purpose does it serve? Is it just noise and distraction?
How can you cultivate compassion?

1 SEP 2022 · Sometimes we may experience delays in starting. Starting. Here is episode one of me starting. This podcast literally took an 8 to 12 month delay for me to begin. The mind is a trickster. I seek to understand it and move through it.

Introduction - What you will be listening to with Leslie
24 AUG 2022 · The Melanin Yogini Podcast is hosted by Leslie. Through my journey in this life I have developed a perspective that I want to share in hopes that you can relate and grow with me. I started my Yoga Company in 2014 and have now owned a Yoga Studio for 5 years. I have been a Yoga instructor since 2015 with a passion for people. I want to help people find more peace and clarity through Yoga and the Melanin Yogini Podcast . I grew up in New York and moved to New Jersey alone as a teenager in 2012. I've had some trauma and drama but have always wanted more for myself and want more for others. Listen in and I hope you enjoy.
