26 AUG 2023 · The episode is what it says: a quick bit. Conversations don’t always have to be a lecture and reflection doesn’t always have to be for failure. When something needs to be put out it spills out. I hope you get it.

17 MAY 2023 · This is the most personal episode thus far. Part of my healing process is me letting go of the things I’ve held on to for so long and one way to get it out is by finally talking about it. I debated whether or not to do it publicly but it quickly hit me who’s to say me taking my “demons” out the closet won’t have someone else go into a spring cleaning? It’s time to take control, live in the moment EVERY moment and create the life that we’re destined for.
This episode was recorded May 16, 2023. It is uncut as the software I used this time around didn’t let me clean it but this unapologetically me and my truth anyways. So flaws and all…pauses and all… tune in !

28 years of existence and something as fundamental as the ABCs always changes meaning depending on your life experience level. At one point it's A as in apple, B as in boy, C as in cat but when you get to a certain stage (not age), it can change to A as in accountability, B as in boundaries, C as in comprehension.
Listen to episode 4 as Mia (myself) rambles about [B]oundaries and how doing things that's meant to help us better ourselves doesn't always feel right even when it is needed.
From being born and raised in Bronx, New York, I have gained experiences that have their influence on how I currently go about life and deal with how I feel. I know the importance first hand of mental health and how it is not always best to keep things in. From time to time, we must reset the weight we carry. This is a fun and (hopefully) engaging way to drop my load. I hope you handle yours too.

Sometimes the last place to point the blame is to the person in the mirror. But the reality is that we can self-sabotage. When we are able to accept, hold ourselves accountable and work on the right solutions to proceed away from bad outcomes, we slowly but surely get what/where we deserve.
Listen to the last part of episode 3 as Mia (myself) rambles about calling and counting on yourself. As well as some special shoutouts and announcements.

20 SEP 2022 · If you're an over thinker and/or a creative, sometimes you can feel alone if your daily life does not include an environment with some sort of common nature.
