  • EP 254: The Way of the Woman with Linda Nardelli Being a human is being great!

24 MAY 2024 · We are spirits having a human experience. Welcome the highs and the lows, no vibration should be dismissed. What is the message in the ANGER or the ALERT? They need love. When we open the front door, everything can walk in, including SPIRIT. What happens then is miraculous. • EP 253: Celebrity Event Producer, Lainie Strouse, shares Event Success Secrets

17 MAY 2024 · Lainie Strouse learned that modelling success at age 13 was a happy introduction to financial success, but that it was also temporary. She learned to do everything she could with the best intentions, that there would be ups and downs, that you do what you can with what you’ve got. She learned flamenco dancing and serving tables. She learned problem solving, how to understand people, keep a calm head, keep ego out, and to make the best of every situation. These are skills one might need later! Now, as a celebrity event creator, she has learned to pause, listen, come from a respectful place, be adaptable & solution focused, and produce the dream result that her clients really want. Every client & every attendee is special. Do the best you can in every moment, don’t pretend to know everything, and ASK. Learning something is always good. Website: https://lainiestrouse.com/

  • EP 252: Imposter Syndrome with UN Leadership Mentor Cathy Holt

16 APR 2024 · Did you know …? Men will apply for a job if they feel they know 40-50% of requirements, Women will wait until they know 90%, and they feel more pressure to show up. Education does not necessarily make a great leader/employee, but ALL experience teaches us how to be better. Women need to know that they have what it takes. The calling inside can override the circumstances and make a way. Be a continuous learner, communicate effectively, and structure your message as a win-win. Create alliances and a strong sense of community. Volunteer! A paid position has limitations (not in my job description) but being a leader in a volunteer position is exceptionally valuable, both for yourself and your community. Learn strong communication skills, value & respect humanity, be appreciative & generous in and out of corporate structure. Trust yourself and know that you have what it takes to lead, follow, be supportive … whatever your choice, or whatever necessary action is required from you. • EP 251: Strategize Your Skills with UN Leadership Mentor Cathy Holt

4 APR 2024 · Women may not recognize that they are Change Agents. Leadership is a journey. It takes time, awareness, and evaluation of your environment to see that you are making changes. Who has the influence to get the change you want? What skills do you bring ... are you adaptable, innovative, problem-solver, gatherer ...? • EP 250: UN Leadership Mentor Cathy Holt shares Why Women Make Great Leaders

28 MAR 2024 · The belief that to be a leader, whether male or female, you must be born with innate traits is not true. If you are passionate and see a need for Change, you can be the Agent to make it happen. We all have leadership qualities and can also learn to be more effective. Women often are empathetic, collaborative, strong communicators, wear different hats, and consider different points of view. They are adaptable, resilient and tend to be more humble, authentic, and not as ego driven. These qualities all support the role of servant leader – someone who prioritizes the needs and well-being of those they are leading. Scientific research has also shown that women use both hemispheres of their brain when problem solving as compared to the single hemispheric activity evident with focused, linear, rational, problem-solving men. Take the time for self-reflection. Ask yourself what you are passionate about, or good at, and then speak to your truth and have your voice heard.
