18 JUL 2023 · HEALING IS … CONFUSING!! Remember the story from the Bible about Lot’s wife looking back? God turned her into a pillar of salt & I feel like that pillar of salt right now… The underlying message of this story is that sometimes, we must let go of what no longer serves us. We must trust that there is a better path ahead of us, even if we cannot see it yet. It can be difficult to let go of the past and step into the unknown, but we must have faith that we are being guided towards something better.
Lot's wife's story also reminds us of the consequences of holding onto the past. When we cling to things that no longer serve us, we are putting ourselves in danger. We may not turn into a pillar of salt, but we will face the consequences of our actions.

6 MAY 2023 · Ramadan - everything they said it would be I feel like it was the same as hermit mode
I completely withdrew and fasted from everything and everybody. It help me canceled out alllll of the noise in the world and left me with nothing but the mess I’ve made that I call my life.
There’s been this internal battle in me for a while now and each time I find myself reminding me to not let the layers I’ve buried myself under fool me. I’m still me, I’m stil the same person that I’ve used all these embellishments to cover & hide. I’m still the same me and that’s not growth or development at all. That’s not change that wasn’t becoming the woman I dream
About it was only me putting lipstick on a pig.. & I hate it here. I hate feeling so buried and suffocated by me.
7 APR 2023 · The idea of entitlement is pervasive in our society. Many people believe that they are owed certain things, whether it be respect, love, or material possessions. However, the reality is that nobody owes you anything. This concept of unwarranted obligation can be a difficult one to accept, as it goes against the narrative that we are often taught from a young age. The truth is that we are all responsible for our own lives and well-being, and expecting others to fulfill our desires and needs can lead to disappointment and resentment.
In this episode, I share the concept of unwarranted obligation. I talk about why it’s so weird when friends don’t fit in anymore and why everybody should be okay with the lack of culture. I also talk about being accountable and responsible for your actions and the things that you can do to save yourself. Tune in to learn more about this and other exciting topics!
