We will highlighting heroes, groups and leaders making a difference, as they compete in the Reality Health Games, a STEAM-based, real population health initiative that motivates individuals and leaders to MOVE, LEARN, SERVE and EARN their way towards points, prizes and recognition to compete both within the state and against other regions in the US and across the globe, as well.
Why? Because Population Health is a TEAM Sport... and we want everybody to play along! What position do you play?
