Note to Self is a series of audio diaries for me to get my thoughts out into the real world. There are no right or wrong answers but it moreso gets us thinking deeply about the everyday normalizations with critical thought. I will cover a variety of topics that may dive into complex discussions with an organic pathway of thinking but as I become more comfortable with these recordings, the natural flow will come more easily.

20 SEP 2022 · Have you ever felt scarcity cause you anxiety in your life? I'll be honest and I still feel it today but I have to remind me that it's a defensive mechanism I have subconsciously developed from my past knowing of what deeply-rooted poverty I have lived. This was an awesome moment to get back to processing these thoughts in late night talks :)

31 JUL 2022 · When big moments or transitions happen in life, past trauma we thought we healed tends to resurface and that's what I've been feeling with my move from SoCal to NorCal. I've been trying to learn how it's trying to communicate with me so I can mend the wounds and positively cultivate the energy -- making me think that trauma speak in the language of energy. Tune in for the full conversation with self.

25 JUL 2022 · I've been thinking about how we operate in this "normal" society as outliers with creative minds. It feels at times that we are intentionally blinded to not see the lies of what we live in until we receive the grace to see the truth when we are somewhat ready. It's daunting to know the truth of this world but when you know pieces of it, it becomes hard to want to go back to live "normal."

15 JUL 2022 · In this conversation with self, I go deep into self-reflection in understanding what it felt like to look for light anywhere else but self. This is something I wrote in my poetry and thought about for sometime which needed to come out through an audio diary to really draw the connections between love, light, energy, and spirituality.

20 JUN 2022 · In conversation with a student, they taught me something that been lingering in my soul which was the concept of how we retain knowledge from past lives which explained a lot about many things I didn't have answers to. Sometimes I can't fully explain how I know things because the knowledge of past lives can't always be fully proven in today's realm so it is thought of as faith. Being able to tap into the natural faith of building my connections with this lifetime, it gave me better understanding of knowing what having higher-level observations meant. Tune in to hear more about my stories and perspective.

13 JUN 2022 · Sometimes the leap of faith can be scary but it's the process of learning and loving ourselves in understanding how to be in the air and on the ground all at the same time. I struggled with fear my whole life coming from an environment of paranoia but I've learned to walk away from the old me I was too attached to set myself free in speaking the truth of what I hold.

29 MAY 2022 · Had many conversations in the Black, Indigenous and POC communities I work in for my day job as a community planner and had older folks bring up how they appreciate my revolutionary thinking. I took some time to reflect in what does that really mean to share knowledge about how the revolution starts from within by being a seeker of information that equip us to make big plays on purifying ourselves then spreading the abundance for the people.

8 MAY 2022 · I've seen people breaking each other down in my community and it's disheartening to see that in-person and online. How do we protect our energy and build knowledge to rewire how our minds work? Spread the love and positivity because life is temporary, what do we want to be remembered as?

23 APR 2022 · What does ownership truly mean spiritually and to our community? Come join me as I dive into high-level conversations about what it means to me to own myself and my future.

10 APR 2022 · When we think of our environment's design and everything else, there was a purpose to it and I start this conversation with myself to question and critique things subconsciously normalized to keep us down as marginalized BIPOC folks. Have you ever questioned why your neighborhood is the way it is?
