Hi! I'm an artist, musician, and healer! I'm exploring what it means to be a really fabulous human being, and also... what on earth happened to us? Let's figure out our relationship to this beautiful planet, to ourselves, and to each other. It's time to be vulnerable and creative! We'll ask some questions, take some risks, and make some mistakes. Let's explore, take a journey, share ideas, think out loud. This includes consciousness, arts, creativity, politics, ecology, how we run economies, local vs. global, environment, evolution. Let's make community out of our messy shared humanity and all the crap that comes with it. We all know what to do, folks, let's talk!

30 MAY 2023 · I just had a really annoying conversation with someone - who shall remain nameless but is a fellow musician - who didn't seem to notice I was on the end of the phone.... just talked and talked and talked. This made me wonder 'what makes a really good conversation?' and 'do we have it all wrong?' along with 'how do I interject without interrupting??' It also made me wonder if I was invisible or, worse yet, irrelevant. Not a good feeling. I bet you know what I mean ;)
7 NOV 2022 · If I'm asking the question about confidence and its loss, I can't help but reflect on what I tend to do that changes that, that brings it back into focus internally, just for me.
