4 MAY 2024 · Most everyone who lived in the country spent hours on a school bus during their younger years, and if they were lucky, they had a bus driver who knew their name and cared about their safety and wellbeing. Betty Duggan drove a bus in Jersey county for years and even though she ran a tight ship her riders were motivated to be well behaved, and were rewarded with the radio playing a piece of bubble gum at the end of a good week.    -
