30 JUN 2024 · We welcome back Kacey and welcome in Amos. We talk about Independence Day, who is a "firework guy" and who isn't. We discuss appeasing family and friends to avoid a true intervention. Also we talk about how finding halfhearted attempts to get help don't work. "I believed I didn't deserve success". We talk about that and more on this week's "Road To Hope". 

23 JUN 2024 · We welcome back Kacey and welcome in Mark to the show. Mark has had quite the journey and shares his story with us. We take a look at an article talking about a new Pentagon study that shows active duty soldiers are 9 times likely to die by suiced than by combat. We discuss with the group what Camp Hope does differently compared to what other programs do. We hope you take some time and give our show a listen, and spread the word about Road To Hope. 16 JUN 2024 · We welcome in a trio of Marines this week. Kacey is back. We say hello to Jonesy and Earl. This week is our Father's Day show of Road To Hope. We talk about stories of redemption what was it like kicking down that 1st door as lead breacher, the biggest hurdle transitioning to civilian life and more. We ask what the biggest change you noticed about yourself after being at Camp Hope. We ask Earl what his hope is going forward, and we must push when he teases about the time he was manhandled by an Iraqi woman. A very packed week this week. We hope you give us some of your time. 

9 JUN 2024 · We welcome in Chris and Steve. Both veterans share their stories with us on their road to hope. We talk about how it's not just the veteran at Camp Hope who is impacted by PTSD. Their family goes through the trama too. What does PTSD awarness mean? And we ask the question: "Why do we need Camp Hope"?

2 JUN 2024 · We welcome in Ray and welcome back Kacey. We remember D-Day as we near the 80th anniversary. We ask Ray and Kacey what this past Memorial Day ment to them and the veterans at Camp Hope. Then we talk to Ray. We talk about his journey on his road to hope. We ask him to look back and think about where he was Memorial Day '23 and to compare that to where he is now. 

26 MAY 2024 · Welcome back, Kacey. Welcome in Zach.  On this Memorial Day weekend, we take time to remember some of those that we lost. We talk on the cost of war, and not just the dollars spent. We look at the perceived stigma of PTSD and the conversation we think needs to be normalized. We ask Zach and Kasey what they think is the best looking uniform in the military and finally we get Zach's story on his road to hope. 

19 MAY 2024 · Welcome back Kacey and welcome in Matt. Matt served in the Navy. So naturally we have lot of questions about the food he ate and the best part about being in the Navy. We also ask him what his reaction was when he found out when he was deploying and to where he was deploying. Then he talks to us about his journey on his road to hope. 

12 MAY 2024 · Welcome back Kacey. Welcome in, Jerome. Jerome is a veteran of the Vietnam War. It’s taken 53 years to get to Camp Hope. We have a lot to talk about with him including his revealing some very tragic life events he’s been through.

5 MAY 2024 · Welcome to the show Darren, and welcome back Kacey. We talk to Darren this week about his journey on his road to hope. While Darren is from Houston, he's been everywhere. Just wait and hear for yourself. Darren explains why when he got home he wouldn't stop at toll booths but instead would run through them. Darren speaks on other places he sought help and where they came up just short. Fortunatley circumstances brought him to Camp Hope working on a campaign. That's when Darren realized Camp Hope was where he needed to be. 

28 APR 2024 · Welcome back to the show Kacey. We welcome in Derek from Nacogdoches. Here at Camp Hope, we hope to never ever be the best kept secret. When we ask you to share our show with everybody, we mean it. We hear from Derek today and one of the things he mentions to us is that he wished he'd found out about Camp Hope sooner. We hope you will help people like Derek by sharing this show with everybody you know. Another thing we learn this week about Derek is that he's a master cupcake maker. So it's even more awkward when we ask him what his favorite MRE was.
