Our guest expert, Javi from SATLANTIS, breaks down the key components of a satellite - its frame, brain, special equipment, power source, and protective shield - and explains how they work together. Clara, our youngest reporter, makes sure everything is clear for our future scientists.

Building on our first episode about satellites, we learn how they gather crucial data to help in our everyday lives. Javi from SATLANTIS returns to share examples of how satellite observations help forecast the weather, track endangered species, and even monitor climate change. Clara, our youngest reporter, makes sure everything is clear for our future scientists. Once you’ve listened to the podcast, it’s your turn.
