1 NOV 2020 · Join our LIVE "Day 40" Closing Celebration at 2:30pm today (Nov 1) via YouTube Live or Facebook Live to learn how this campaign has SAVED MORE LIVES than any before it, and what YOU can do next to help moms be heroes by choosing life!
31 OCT 2020 · This complaint letter states that in addition to the abandonment of Jane's medical needs, Dr. Theard's office has also refused or otherwise failed to produce medical records for Jane despite legal requests and requirements to do so. Jane has unsuccessfully been attempting to get access to her own medical records...
30 OCT 2020 · Yesterday El Paso County Judge Ricardo Samaniego ordered a strict two-week shutdown of all non-essential services in response the recent surge of COVID cases straining hospital resources. While this is being challenged by the Texas Attorney General and the El Paso Mayor, we do not want to place any prayer volunteers in a position of legal uncertainty or disobedience... So effective immediately I am suspending the public vigil portion only of the 40 Days for Life campaign in front of the Planned Parenthood in El Paso. I encourage El Paso volunteers to still kneel in fervent prayer for their entire scheduled hours at home and continue their fasts to end abortion. The vigil in Santa Teresa will CONTINUE, however...
29 OCT 2020 · A video released by our attorney yesterday with permission of the client depicts an incident we witnessed at the Santa Teresa abortion facility about two months ago. The woman in the video recently had a medical abortion in Santa Teresa from abortionist Franz Theard which failed. They then pressured her into a surgical abortion which was botched.
28 OCT 2020 · We have been working closely with our attorney in Albuquerque on a big case which will likely be breaking later today or tomorrow. Our attorney put out the following message to the state of New Mexico and beyond...
27 OCT 2020 · Yesterday was a big day for the pro-life movement. The United States Senate voted to confirm pro-life Judge Amy Coney Barrett to be the next Associate Justice on the Supreme Court, replacing pro-abortion Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg following her recent death. During confirmation hearings, Judge Barrett says she doesn’t consider the Roe v. Wade decision that allowed abortion on demand a “super-precedent” that can’t be overturned...
26 OCT 2020 · Abortion supporters often cite their right to "bodily autonomy" which means the right of self-government and freedom from external coercion. But in reality, the pro-life position supports a woman's bodily autonomy even moreso because we recognize that bodily autonomy begins at the moment one's body begins, which biologically happens at the moment of conception.
25 OCT 2020 · "Why is the prolife movement expected to pick up and take on every single societal ill that plagues us?? Homelessness, immigration issues, poverty, healthcare, war, death penalty...the list is endless. Why is no other group or movement expected to do this? Why is no one upset at the American Cancer Society for ONLY focusing on cancer?? Why not diabetes, too??? Or hey, why is Habitat for Humanity only focused on housing??? Don’t they know people need clothing, as well?? Or even better, doesn’t Planned Parenthood know that women need housing, food, clothing, and things besides abortion and STD tests???" ~ Abby Johnson
24 OCT 2020 · The day after Live Action reported that the New Mexico governor is cracking down on business and travel except for abortions, our attorney at Abortion on Trial sent public records requests to the NM Department of Health seeking information regarding the temporary closure of the Santa Teresa abortion facility, thought to be due to COVID-19. The Department of Health responded that they "will need additional time to respond to your request and will respond by November 6, 2020."
23 OCT 2020 · While there still appears to be no abortions taking place in El Paso with all women being referred to Albuquerque, yesterday was still busy with many women still going to Santa Teresa despite its temporary closure, as well as Planned Parenthood for other services. Fortunately, thanks to the prayers of our 40 Days for Life volunteers, our outreach interns were able to refer at least three women to our friends at Pregnancy & Fatherhood Solutions!
Two of them seemed determined to continue seeking abortion, however, at least one seemed very hopeful, please keep them all in prayer!
Meanwhile we are gearing up for one of our most amazing events yet...
