Recognizing and Releasing Stress
14 MAY 2020 · Recognizing and releasing stress during stressful times in our lives, allows us to reduce tension and have the ability to think more clearly.
Stress can create tension in the body. Especially in the neck and shoulders.
Molly shares two deep breathing exercises that will allow you to feel the air flow deeper into your body. Deep breathing allows the body to get more oxygen and it also helps to relax, recenter, and refocus.
Another tool for releasing stress is humming. The vibration and resonance of the hum can aid in relaxation and refocus. Molly invites you to #humforhealth.
Self-care is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves. Carving out time for you each day allows the opportunity to see things more clearly throughout the day.

The Perception of Fear
17 APR 2020 · Molly talks about how our fears can get in the way of our forward movement and achieving accomplishments and goals. The perception of fear from others around us can give us insight into ways we can move forward and release the fear.
Molly discusses finding a tribe that fits where you are currently in life. As we go through certain stages in our life, our tribe can change. People come, go and stay depending on where we are on our path of soul growth.
Sometimes relationships are only released when they go sour. You can let a relationship go and still love that person. If you no longer feel in alignment with the relationship, the release will allow both people to move forward.
People perceive us through the way we show ourselves through our fears.
Molly confesses that one of her fears was a fear of being alone. In the fear of being alone, she was putting out into the universe “I want to be alone.”
It’s as if the universe is challenging us to get over the fear.
Fear can set us back from truly living our most authentic life. If we are not willing to be honest with our fear we will never be able to work through it.
Molly shares a big fear that has been holding her back. She knows that speaking the fear means that you have to face it. Many times it’s easier to just push it back down and not confront the negative feelings associated with that fear.
Molly says, "If I’m always true to who I am and allow my light to shine then I will attract the people who are meant to be in my life."
The scariest part about coming clean with your fear is the fact that some people in your life are not meant to stay in your life, but you don’t want to accept that. This can be difficult if it’s someone in your life that you thought was meant to stay and were very important.
If we are unable to be truly authentic and to truly honor who we are as people then we will never be able to find true happiness within ourselves. Once you can find true inner happiness then all the little pieces around you begin to fall in place.
When you are holding on to things that no longer serve your higher purpose, you will never be able to find you true north. Your true happiness, your true self.
Molly encourages everyone to think about how people perceive you through your fears. Pick a fear and come clean so that you can let it go and move forward on your path.

The Soul Sound Voice Connection
22 FEB 2020 · In this episode of The Soul Sound Voice Connection, Molly updates her listeners about how she is reconnecting to music on a deeper level. She has created a few new Youtube playlists and encourages her listeners to subscribe to her channel. One playlist consists of solo violin music, one is soothing singing bowls, and the other one will consist of a variety of sound healing instruments.
Molly introduces her newest coaching session Soul Sound Voice. In Soul Sound Voice sessions connecting and taking a full breath, using the voice to clear out unwanted energy and vocal toning take place. Molly explains that many times when we use our voices to open up, we allow our bodies to bring up thoughts and belief patterns that no longer serve us.
Molly provides a sample of what Soul Sound Voice Coaching is.
7:35 Molly begins the exercise. She suggests waiting to do this when you can find a quiet, uninterrupted space. She does not recommend trying this while driving.

Fear: Exploring the What Ifs
14 JUN 2019 · Molly discusses Fear: Exploring the What Ifs. When we make fear-based decisions, we usually start thinking about all the what-ifs that could happen.
What if we shifted perspective and thought about all the positive what ifs? What if that experience helped you to grow? Molly explores many what if possibilities positive and negative and encourages everyone to shift the negative what if into a positive what if statement.
Molly uses auditioning as an example of changing the narrative. It can be challenging to change the story, especially when we have been saying the same thing to ourselves for years.
Molly talks about parenting and helping our children to overcome fear at a young age. What if we taught our children that this is practice for life. That it’s practice for taking chances.
Molly knows as a parent, she must overcome all the things she is trying to instill in her children. She has to be the example for them.
Give children the tools, support, and situation that will help them to see fear and understand it so that they can learn to work through it.
Molly discusses how it can be easier to push fear out of the way when we feel 100% confident in what we are doing. You cannot start to overcome and move past fear until you can get to the bottom line of why it exists.
